Welcome to dermotahern.ie, my personal website. As Fianna Fáil TD for Louth and Ireland’s Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, I want this site to be a source of local and national news relating to my work and campaigns.
The people of Louth have worked extremely hard over the past decade to build up a prosperous County. I have worked hard with them, campaigning for the infrastructure, public services and policies which have transformed our towns and countryside. My job now is to defend that prosperity in Dáil Éireann and to ensure that the people of Louth get the jobs, world class services and clean environment they deserve.
